Ever since the very beginning of digital video production, Desmond (or, Desy for short) has been captivated on how the sheer mix of music, sound, and motion picture could manipulate one’s feelings and emotions. It is with this concept that sparked creative thought and inspired him to push his limits in cinematography and design.
From filming and editing short films throughout his high school years, video production had only been a hobby. Encouraged by one of his teachers, Desy entered and won the Gold Medal at the Skills Canada Video Production Competition. Realizing his potential, he went on to study Film Production at the University of British Columbia.
Since then, Desy has worked on a multitude of projects including weddings, documentaries, music videos, short and feature films, corporate videos, and special events.
From being student council president, pledge president of a fraternity, a recreational therapist, and even the head goalie trainer of a hockey training company, nothing could compare to the divine power of the digital media. Inspired by the infinite views of life’’s moments, Desy strives to capture and deliver the best picture possible. He believes in everything that he does and dedicates his life to it.
Today, aside from being the man behind the camera, Desy leads a dynamic team of 7 young professionals to new heights and boundaries; setting new goals, pushing creativity, sustaining true relationships, and achieving the greatest of production quality.

It’s always great to see such a couple so much in love =)

Debbie & Alan, you couldn’t have picked a better location for your reception. It was rainy and gloomy in the morning, but by the time we hit up Granville Island, the sun started exploding through the clouds! It was a spectacular view from the Brock House as we got to see the sun...

It was our first time filming at Swan-E-Set golf course and we’re so glad we got great weather! I remember when I met with Richard last week that that was one of his main concerns. For those who don’t know, Swan-E-Set is almost like a castle with a 3 level grand staircase. ...
