Bernice & Daniel [SDE]

I know I know, our blog went down for a while… sorry to everyone who was eager to see what we had produced over the weekend! Anyways, atleast it’s back up now!

Last Saturday we attended Bernice & Daniel’s wedding. Also there were the celebrity photographers Chris & Lynn (and their assistant Garrett)! Just wanted to put a big shout out to them, as they did an absolutely amazing job!

It was a very relaxing day for us all, everything was on schedule, no one was rushed, had plenty of spare time for photos, AND we actually got a proper lunch!!! (the bride’s side got sushi!)

The weather at first wasn’t good at all, but magically cleared up by the time the two were wed and out the church doors! Thanks for planning the bubbles, definitely made our shot much more epic!

For the photoshoot, we went to Steveston as well as the Richmond Oval. Parking wasn’t very friendly but didn’t matter as we had tons of time for the ‘fun’ part of the day!

The UBC Boathouse is an awesome venue for the reception. We loved all your decorations! Big shout out to Jennifer Chan (wedding coordinator), who did a WICKED job in putting everything together and making sure things were done on time throughout the day.

Bernice & Daniel, thanks for making our lives easier by having everything organized, ready-to-go, and just having a fun, care-free attitude. We had a great time at your wedding and we hope you enjoyed the SDE!

Between me and a couple of other people, we must've watched it about 100 times already. Thank you Desy, Paul, Kyle and Joe for your work :D

June 3, 2010 - 10:25 pm Andrea - WOW! You guys did SUCH an amazing job. I've watched it over and over and over... 1234 has been stuck in my head for days now. You picked up on the cutest, most touching, most unique moments. You made everyone look so beautiful! I loved the cut from the kiss in the church to the kiss outside, how you captured Willan's face as he followed the bubble, the reflection in the water. (I remember Desy saying "Get the reflection! Get the reflection!") After watching Bern and Dan's SDE, I watched many of your other videos in the portfolio. I have to admit that I prefer your videos to Cloud Nine's (!). Yours are by far more down-to-earth and less pretentious. ~ Andrea (one of Bern's bridesmaids; the short one, to be precise)
